This Digital Printed Interlock Nylon Fabric is a double-knit textile engineered for high-definition graphic transfer combined with maximum elasticity. The composition of 60% Nylon and 40% Elastane provides the highest stretch modulus available in interlock construction, enabling elongation of 160-200% with full recovery. At 200 GSM and a width of 137 CM, the fabric offers balanced opacity for compression applications while maintaining breathability. The interlock structure produces identical smooth surfaces on both faces, allowing the digital print to display consistently on either side. The nylon base ensures dye affinity for digital pigments, resulting in sharp edge definition for complex graphic artwork.

Unroll and allow 48 hours relaxation at 22°C to stabilize the 40% Elastane memory before marker layout.

Roll Handling

Maintain horizontal storage on flat pallets. Maximum stack height 0.9 meters to prevent compression set in the nylon-elastane matrix.

Climate Range

15-28°C · 45-60% relative humidity · Avoid thermal cycling which induces elastane fatigue.
