This Neon Yellow Striped Fabric is a high-density knitted textile constructed from 75% nylon and 25% spandex. The fabric weight measures 250 GSM with a usable width of 150 CM. The striped pattern is produced through engineered yarn placement or warp printing during the knitting process, creating parallel linear bands across the fabric surface. The nylon base provides tensile strength and surface abrasion resistance, while the 25% spandex concentration enables significant elastic elongation. The neon yellow coloration uses fluorescent pigments formulated for nylon dyeing, with the stripe pattern maintaining definition when the fabric is stretched up to 50% elongation.

Cutting: Use rotary blades with hardness rating 60-62 HRC to prevent edge fraying. Pattern matching across seam lines requires stripe alignment tolerance within 1-2 mm. Seam Construction: Ballpoint needles size 70/10 or 75/11 with titanium nitride coating reduce needle heating during high-speed sewing. Stitch density of 12-14 stitches per cm maintains seam integrity. Heat Application: Iron on reverse side at temperatures below 100°C. Direct heat on neon yellow surface accelerates pigment degradation. Fluorescent colors are more heat-sensitive than standard nylon dyes. Printing Compatibility: Additional screen printing requires low-temperature cure inks below 120°C. Sublimation transfer over striped pattern is not recommended due to contrast interference.
