◈ PROCESSING DIRECTIVES ◈

Cutting

Use fine-pitch rotary blades (20-22 TPI) to prevent snagging. Relaxation time: 12 hours minimum.

Needles

Ballpoint size 65/9 to 70/10. Chrome-plated surfaces reduce friction on open-cell structure.

Stitching

Three-thread overlock (504) at 12-14 stitches per cm. Avoid chain stitches which may ladder.

Heat

Iron at 110°C maximum on reverse side. Steam application opens the mesh structure permanently.
