At 300 GSM with a usable width of 158 CM, the material provides substantial opacity and structural support, preventing transparency even when fully stretched. Print Definition Retention The polyester composition accepts high-density pigment inks, maintaining edge sharpness of cartoon characters and line work across multiple wash cycles.

Structural Density At 300 GSM, the fabric provides compression-level support without requiring additional lining layers, reducing material waste in garment construction.

Elastic Recovery The 13% Spandex content delivers elongation of 80-110% with recovery deviation below 4%, preventing bagging at stress points such as knees and elbows.

Moisture Transport Polyester filaments wick perspiration at 10-12 cm per hour vertical movement, keeping the fabric surface dry during extended wear.

Processing Guidelines

Cutting Preparation

Allow fabric to relax for 24 hours at 22-25°C before cutting. The 300 GSM density requires sharpened rotary blades changed every 50 linear meters to prevent edge fraying.

Sewing Parameters

Use ballpoint needles size 75/11 or 80/12 with stretch thread (polyester core). Stitch density of 10-12 stitches per cm. Flatlock seams recommended for high-stress areas.

Heat Management

Iron on reverse side at temperatures below 110°C. The cartoon print surface should not contact direct heat above 120°C to prevent pigment migration.

Laundering Protocol

Machine wash at 30°C with mild detergent. Turn garment inside out to protect printed surface. Avoid fabric softeners and chlorine bleach.
