Is this fabric suitable for outdoor use in all weather?

The 97% polyester composition provides water resistance and UV stability. However, the fabric is not fully waterproof. For wet conditions, a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating can be applied. The fabric withstands temperature ranges from -10°C to 40°C.

What is the recommended sewing needle for this fabric?

Ballpoint needles size 75/11 are recommended to prevent fiber breakage. The 3% spandex content requires stretch-compatible thread. Testing on sample material is recommended before production to ensure seam strength.
